The heart motif is not only synonymous with Valentine’s Day but apparently the fashion trend of Spring 2023! Every designer from Philipp Plein to Vivetta to Moschino displayed clothing designs with Valentine’s Day inspired motifs. Vibrant hues of red and gorgeous shades of pink entwined with heart motifs galore were rampant on the runway. Here is a look at some of our favorite love inspired looks from the Spring 2023 runway:
Carolina Herrera:
Impeccably tailored dresses and gowns with heart shaped design elements and romantic rose prints in vibrant pinks and red were at the core of Carolina Herrera’s Pre-fall 2023 designs.
Nensi Dojaka:
Cut out heart embellishments graced a few of Nensi Dojaka’s Spring 2023 bra tops and dresses.
Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini:
Graphic prints with the word “Love” plastered on Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini’s Pre-fall 2023 collection, made a bold statement.
Diane Von Furstenberg:
The queen of the wrap dress gave us retro abstract lips, hearts, and red flower prints on her Resort 2023 collection.
Vivetta:
There was no doubt that Vivetta was inspired by the heart trend for the Spring 2023 collection, which had many elements of cut out heart surprises.
Philipp Plein:
In true Philipp Plein Style there was bling! Not only bling but also hearts pierced by daggers graced the garments in traditional tattoo style for the Spring 2023 collection.
Moschino:
This trend alert would not be complete without mentioning Moschino. They truly took the heart motif theme to grand heights with hearts head toe, as Moschino would with any theme they commit to!
